Last Friday at the glittering Aberdeenshire sports awards of the year Ythan CC won "club of the year". This is tremendous accolade and recognition from sports people in Aberdeenshire of the hard work and achievement of the club throughout 2012. Thanks to everyone in the club who made it such a great year.
Our Paralympian gold medallist, Neil Fachie, won a special achievement award.
Zak Loney was runner up in youth athlete of the year.
